By using the Services, you agree to this Policy and to our Terms of Service.

We may update this Policy periodically. When we make changes, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. If changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to notify you. Your continued use of the Services means you accept the updated Policy.

1. Who we are and how to contact us

For users in the EEA/UK, Perp100 acts as the “data controller” for personal data it processes in connection with the Services.

2. Scope

This Policy covers information processed by Perp100 in connection with our own websites, communications, and product interfaces. It does not cover third-party websites, wallets, blockchains, exchanges, or dApps operated by others. Their policies apply when you use their services.

3.1 Information you provide

  • Contact details such as email address and message content when you reach out for support, feedback, careers, or partnerships.

  • Optional information you choose to share, such as social handles, survey responses, bug reports, or preferences.

  • Wallet address or public key if you connect a self-custodial wallet to interact with supported protocols or features. We never request or store your private keys.

3.2 Information collected automatically

When you access the Services, we may automatically log:

  • Device and technical data (IP address, device/advertising identifiers, operating system, browser type and version, language, time zone).

  • Usage data (pages viewed, links clicked, referring/exit pages, time on page, scroll and interaction events, error logs).

  • Security and anti-abuse signals used to keep the Services safe and reliable.

3.3 Information from public blockchains and third parties

  • Public blockchain data, for example wallet addresses, transaction hashes, contract events, token balances, timestamps, and related on-chain metadata. We reference this to enable features, confirm eligibility for rewards or campaigns, prevent abuse, and produce aggregated analytics.

  • Limited information from service providers that support hosting, security, analytics, communications, and customer support. These providers act on our instructions and must protect your information.

Note about blockchains: public blockchain records are immutable and outside Perp100’s control. We cannot alter or delete data that is recorded on a public blockchain. Your privacy rights described in this Policy apply to the off-chain information we control.

4. Cookies and similar technologies

We use essential cookies and similar technologies to operate core site functions (for example, load balancing, security, remembering basic preferences). With consent where required, we may use analytics cookies to understand how the Services are used and to improve performance. We do not share your contact details with third parties for their independent marketing.

We retain personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including to provide the Services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Blockchain data is permanent and cannot be changed by Perp100.

No online service can be guaranteed to be completely secure, but we work to protect your information and to respond appropriately to potential incidents.
